I have traveled to India several times over the last decade to further explore Ayurveda and yoga. While I was in India my body, mind, and life were transformed by the sattvic (healing) foods I was eating and the sacredness of the time spent in meditation, daily massage, and practicing yoga.

I experienced the most sacred gift, Vidya: Self Knowledge, the gift that resides within each of us. The truth! That the source of happiness, health, and joy resides right here within ME and you! I am now helping guide my students in San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Paso Robles, and all over the Central Coast by sharing what I know. I’ve found healing, grounding, and strength through my daily practice and Ayurvedic lifestyle.

AYURVEDA
"The Science of Life"

Rooted in India more than 5,000 years ago, Ayurveda is considered the healing side of yoga, offering a natural and balanced approach to optimal health.  According to Ayurveda, each person has a unique constitution, or dosha, and the path to greater health lies in discovering what balances your unique dosha.

Each person is made up of a combination of the five elements: air, ether (space), fire, water, and earth.  These elements combine to form the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Learning your unique dosha is the first step in learning how to bring balance and health to your life. Dive deeper into understanding the elements and dosha types on this page.

Ayurveda defines a healthy person as one who is established in "Self."  Not simply the absence of disease, but a blissful state of balance where the mind, body, and spirit function optimally.  Book your Ayurvedic Assessment with Victoria now to become familiar with your own constitution, empowering yourself to make simple yet powerful choices that enhance your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.  Start your journey to a harmonious state that can prevent disease and encourage a joyful, productive, and balanced life.
