Photo & Video Release Agreement

By checking the box below, I grant permission to Victoria Kromhout (Nourish) and Tyler Sloan (photographer) to take and use photographs and/or video taken of me during the yoga class at The Center on April 18, 2025, for the following purposes:

  • Social media content

  • Website content (nourishbyvictoria.com)

  • Digital or printed marketing materials

  • Retreat or class promotion

I understand that:

  • My likeness may appear in the photos or video

  • The media may be used without compensation to me

  • I can request not to be photographed by speaking to the photographer or instructor before class
